Terrible communication and no updates
I had 5 services cancel on me without so much as a call to notify me and when I called in they blamed it on the app not working once a service cancels. Well then maybe a fox needs to made for that. This entire day was wasted and I ended up calling my own tow and paying out of pocket! Trash service and trash app!!!

Outstanding Service
This is the 2nd time this service gentleman came to assist me! The first time he showed me how to use the hidden key to open the car door and jump started my car! He suggested I get my battery checked - I didn’t follow his instructions! Excellent customer service abs rapport! I had to call for service again - I got the same gentleman (I wish I knew his name) - this time my car wouldn’t jump start. He was kind enough to push my car out of my garage so someone could come to install a new battery. He even offered to tahr to work! I couldn’t ask for better service - thank you! Thank you! I can’t thank you enough!

Epic fail by Enterprise
This app failed me on several levels—starting with the fact that it would not even recognize my policy #. After the first failed attempt, it wipes what you typed, so you must retype it. Then it adds a message telling you to call Encompass for assistance. So I called, had to wait on hold for about 5 minutes, then was connected. The rep took my info and I received a text afterward, confirming the request. It said the tow truck would arrive in the next 5-25 minutes, so I got a friend to drive me to where my car had broken down. We waited, and waited, but no one came. So I finally called the number of the tow service, and they said they had no record of the call. So I had to wait another 45 minutes until the owner arrived. Bear in mind, the temp outside was frigid, well below zero. So I am not impressed at ALL, Enterprise.

Never Works
App doesn’t work. When I try to submit the request I constantly get the error of technical difficulties where I have to call and wait forever for someone to answer. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t work.
Jump start within 20 mins all from the app
Car would not start in the car park of a store after lots of short trips. I was able to order a jumpstart from the app and 20 mins later I was back up and running.
