The best place to buy funds in HK
It’s so easy to invest on Endowus! Honestly I don’t have much time to watch the market so the set it and forget it approach works best. I can just put money in one of the portfolios and let it grow. Also I like Endowus more when I understand their philosophy. And funds are much cheaper than in other places.

High quality investment platform
I’m done with banks - high fees, limited options, lack of transparency. Here I can just access different options 24/7 and even speak to a human advising for proper wealth planning. The interface is very friendly and I like how I can create different buckets to invest for different purposes. Super neat!! Highly recommended.

A great wealth management platform
I really appreciate the presence of Endowus in Hong Kong and what is it trying to do. It offers low cost investment services and do not bundle up commissions and multiple layers of fees with the products. Everyone should seriously consider Endowus for their personal wealth management.

I’ve been using Endowus in hk and sg for over 6 years, and it has changed the way I manage money.
I truly believe in conflict-free advisory and had been burned by brokers and private banks with expensive funds and structured products in the past.
With Endowus I am able to invest towards short, mid and long term goals portfolios of money market funds, public markets, private markets and more recently very exclusive hedge funds.
They are newer in HK than Singapore but are already making good headway into the finance crowd here.

Endowus makes investing easy! Simple to understand, low fees, and I like that they guide you to a portfolio that fits your goals. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a hassle-free way to invest.

Easy to navigate and use. 3 points for improvement. 1) Font size too small, very tiring on the eyes. Should have an option to increase font. 2) Performance should have an option to include it net of fees. 3) Grouping of investments is only via date or alphabetical order. Ok for investing platform ui is confusing at times
Luckily I have invested with Endowus
I was thinking between Stash Away and Endowus. Finally chose Endowus. If I had chose Stashaway I would have made 20% less due to their active asset allocation strategy where they bought and sell China assets at the wrong time. I think it was around year 2020. Endowus and global market returns 20% and Stashaway was like 1%. Maybe that’s the reason why CPF approved Endowus. They are using tried and tested strategies.

App is cluttered.
While I don't have anything negative about the investing process, the app has been becoming more cluttered with stuff irrelevant to my investments.
Currently, the app is showing these tiles at the top of the screen featuring interviews/videos with celebrities/influencers.
It would be nice if there is an option to hide these or perhaps move them to another section.

Not perfect. Can’t rebalance CPF portfolios seanlessly
Unlike other robo-advisors, I don’t have the option to rebalance my CPFIF portfolios seamless. Like rebalance the portfolio to a higher Money market fund allocation / to the cash smart portfolio without first making a withdrawal and depositing the money into a new fund. Tech team pls work on this as it is important for us to protect our capital gains before the fed stops printing money and raising interest rates 😂😂😂😂

It’s a Webapp! An Ex Morgan Stanley?
If you choose not to use their “advisor” service, they not going to give you any protection etc… I don’t have such big warning from the competitor StashAway. Don’t bother to get this app, use Safari will do. More privacy for you, knowing they won’t be in the background tracking you, with this cheap web app. I tried to switch screen to find my account number, all details I’ve entered have to retype when I switch back!!! I’ve more confident with StashAway than this one, the person behind this company prolly has more knowledge with his Maserati than using an iPhone.

Overall, the app functionality has improved in leaps and bounds since launch, bearing a testament to their commitment in long term wealth management for all.

Great user experience
I love how the app allows me to set a recurring savings goal so I can not have to think about saving every month and just let the app take care of it. I also like the UI of the app and webpage. It is easy to use and shows me my returns clearly.

Overall, the Endowus platform (browser and app) is easy to use. In my view, one of the key selling points of Endowus is that it enables individual investors to access institutional class ETFs at no extra cost. Another point that may be positive for some is that its investments are denominated in SGD.
Some areas of improvement include that of reducing the time taken for withdrawals, and having monthly eStatements ready in the earlier part of the month. Have also lost money through the use of their cash management tool.
