Can’t log in
Every time I try to log into the app it either tells me to reload or that my sign in is incorrect even though I log into with the Google button

Okay so a few months ago I bought some games I maybe spent $20 on games I then didn’t find anything more I wanted so I stopped using the app forgot to delete it and now they are charging my $10 multiple times and this is like 5-6 months after I bought stuff and the weird part is that they use the name U7BUY Hong Kong which is connected to Eneba and when I open the app I doesn’t allow me to login so I’m canceling my card today I guess PLEASE DONT BUY THIS APP

Compre una clave para YouTube y lo que resivi fue solo un link hacia una página que no existe, por diferentes medios solicité ayuda y que fue lo que recibí, nada ninguna respuesta y mucho menos alguna solución, gracias Eneba y jamas comprare en esta pagina, 50 dólares tirados a la basura.
App could use some improvement
I think the app is fine; it allows
me to buy keys, check my wishlist, and browse the store just fine. However, it could use a bit of polish and some much needed improvements.
For example, the app logs me out VERY frequently. And as someone who checks on their wishlist quite frequently, especially when I get an email notification from Eneba, I get quite annoyed when I get inexplicably logged out and have to retype my password and 2FA. And there’s no remember option! I mean,
come on. It is 2026 and there is no reason for there not to be a fix, or an option to store the login.
Furthermore, I would appreciate for the wishlist page if it had the sorting and filtering options it normally does on the website. That way, I can take a quick look at which keys on my wishlist are currently the cheapest. It’s quite annoying to scroll through my wishlist, wait for the items to load, and make a mental note of which were the cheapest I came across so far. And speaking of the loading, I wish there was also an indicator if there’s more to the wishlist that needs to be loaded. It always looks like the wishlist is fully loaded, until you scroll down.
This is what I mean. The app works fine in theory, but it’s missing basic improvements that hold it back from being a true companion / alternative to the website. Please developers, fix the app! I love this store, and I would like to continue using the store and app without constant hiccups, please and thank you!

Like the sales app is problematic
As the title, I like the sales but the app keeps signing me out of my Eneba account every time every day. Please fix this issue with constantly being signed out asap

There are bunch of bugs on iOS. Log in issues, games and giftcards don’t show up.

Era lo mejor hace unos meses pero de repente se volvió un asco, no permite configurar, se bloquea la app, no se actualiza el carrito, ojalá vuelva a la cima, de lo contrario quedará en el olvido

Great but one problem…
This app is pretty good. I’ve made a few purchases from small and large sellers, it went great, but there is an issue with the app. When you search and then close the app or get off the app when you go to search again it does not show anything making me uninstall and redownload, if it gets fixed this app would be 5 stars.

With keys websites like these just watch the reviews, typically if it’s below 96 it’s a bit sketchy. Website works fine and it’s like every other website. Loaded/cdkeys is much safer than G2A and this one but it’s more expensive and all the good stuff ends up out of stock, this is a good alternative, G2A is a lot more sketchy but it’s the best deals, for all yall, WATCH THE REVIEWS, these websites customer service is very sketchy in terms of refunds normally, so make sure the seller is solid.

Worst app to ever use dont ever use
Dont ever get a giftcard for this place as you wont be able to use it as there 2fa is usless there support is usless the whole app is just donkey poo
I tried to claim a refund they were no help
i said it was an invalid key and yet they say i have been scammed however the key has been invalid from before i have showed anyone or even looked at the key

absolutely rubbish they let people sell fake codes on here so you can easily get scammed then they don’t have a convenient way of connecting them so good luck getting your money back
