MASHAN addresses two major issues which are typical to users of LPG through cylinders:
Unorganized replacement policy: ideally, a consumer should order a new cylinder upon switching to the reserve. Many people tend to forget doing it and find themselves with two empty cylinders. A cylinder that seems empty is not always empty! For reasons connected to air pressure, geographical positioning and weather changes, such mistakes are commonplace. That phenomenon causes a replacement of cylinders ahead of their times. With MASHAN, it is never an issue, as the system ensures a proper, on-time switching of cylinders.
