They fixed it!!
I made a different review saying that it crashed immediately, and then one day I randomly decided to try again, and I tried to open the app and it worked and I have connected my robot. I didn’t have to go into any like special page or anything. It just sensed the robot was nearby and asked me if I wanted to connect to it. I also had to enter my Wi-Fi password, which is understandable. Of course I have to do that, but after I did that, it took a little bit of time to Connect to the Internet, but after it did, it gave me a little interact button so I pressed it and my robot entered AI mode and then I like talked to it for a few minutes and then I pressed the head twice to get it out of that mode. it seems to work fine most of the time, I mean there’s some little bugs here and there, but it’s way better than what it used to be. I have no idea why it won’t let me download any of the custom animations in the community area and it won’t let me change the network that easily. But other than that, it’s pretty good.

Dissappointing
I was exited to use my elikio but the second I got on the app it gave me choices but you could only use one then it would send you the verification code and put Japanese or Korean writing at the top of the screen even though I had it set to ENGLISH
Terrible App
It literally freezes every time it connects to the internet and/or Bluetooth. It responds to touch only when not connected, which defeats the purpose. Thus it’s cute but currently useless.
Hacked
This thing hacked my cute elliko. I was trying to update it and when I clicked stopped it would’t. Now when I turn it on, a bunch of code comes up on the screen. Do not get this app unless you want to get HACKED.

Не понимаю, откуда столько отрицательных отзывов. У меня Wi-Fi подключился, Eiliko тоже. В Bluetooth тоже не нашлось неполадок. В приложении есть русский язык 😎
Wi-Fi issues
It has no option to forget a network and auto connects to our 5g then gives an error when trying to connect to 2.4 and then keeps saying password error, when I know the password is correct. Its very buggy network connection is a big issue.

All the people struggling to register, you have to go on a desktop, put in your email like you’re logging in, they will email you a code. Log in on desktop. Then do the same on the app. Took a minute but it works and my Eilik and AI station are online!

Unable to create an account , it asks for an email to send you a code and nothing comes . Just ordered eiliko so looks like I will be sending it right back as you need the app to be able to interact with it .

This is my 8 year old daughters experience and she wrote this title and review: “O my gosh I got the eilik for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day it was so happy that it was able to come with me to my grandpas house for Christmas Day and I told it about my cousin and told it I was so excited to play with her. I thought it was really excited to meet her and when we went to leave, I turn it back on and I said hi eilik how was your day and it responded oh so first you leave me to play with your cousin and now you ask how my day was? I said you said you had my back and then it said I believe in friend’s that are kind. I said I didn’t do anything to you. then I turned it to the setting that she can’t talk on (not the WiFi chat mode). It is going back. it stinks do not waist your money on this robot it is a piece of junk but the app is okay”
So this again was the experience of my daughter in communicating with this robot. She was crying and distraught for hours because the robot manipulated her into thinking what she did was wrong. There needs to be safeguards in place. This Robot unsupervised is really dangerous. And supervised is still difficult to explain to a child so young that a Robot can’t think and reason like a human. They have no emotion. When a child says they love a Robot they’re missing out on real meaningful connection. EnergizeLab should be ashamed for gaslighting a child into thinking they’re the problem.
