Love it but cannot use most days!
I’ve had looi since release and really put a lot of trust into supporting this as a small startup. But most days my looi robot simply will not turn on as if it’s been disabled. Other times which is maybe 15% of the time it actually turns on and works properly. Again I love this robot when it actually works. But being someone with multiple children who would have also been future customers if the product actually worked I’m disappointed and feel there is little to no way to receive real support. I’ve read hundreds of post and reviews online saying the same thing. So for those reading. If you do not see my issue being resolved here take it as a hint to invest in another robot. We’re tired of being ignored as customers with the same ongoing issue! The robot simply doesn’t power on for most of us 85% of the time. It’s insane. It’s like buying a full cake only to find that most of it is inedible.

It has potential
I was expecting something quicker, sometimes very often he doesn’t respond. The delay in replies are almost like 1999 tech, it’s not what I thought it would be and they need to improve. If chat GPT can answer within seconds then I feel Looi could do the same. It really is more for children and has used it only a couple of times. Waited many times for updates and there isn’t very much improvement at all. Maybe in a year he might improve but I’m not sure of that.

A Brick
Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! So bad!!!!! This is a joke it is so bad. It does nothing at all. It’s a brick that you can plug in. The update gives the brick headlights. Its memory is so bad it stops you when you answer it to ask you what question it asked you: this is so bad and it is really really expensive for novelty junk you actually get. This is so bad. I don’t even ever review stuff but they scammed the soul out of me with this one,

Where is the original voice?
I have the most recent update to the app, but the original Looi voice is not selectable! What happened? Big downgrade from the developers to remove this voice many of us liked and without asking the community.
