Несуществующая аренда

Хотел взять второй аккумулятор, приложение показало ошибку. Однако, оно пишет что аренда началась и деньги за нее списывают каждый день. Прошу срочно разобраться!

Вернул павербанк через 30 минут пользования. А деньги продолжали списывать 3 дня, пока не позвонил им на горячую линию!

Звонила на горячую линию, оператор уверял что по другому адресу точно будет, но и там станции не оказалось.
Из-за поиска станции, опоздали на встречу. Пока нашли станцию, чуть не опоздали на поезд!

1. Повербанк проработал 15 минут и сел
2. Сдать аккумулятор тк мало точек и приходится таскать его с собой переплачивая кучу денег
