Отношение со стороны сотрудников было грубым. Абсолютно не удалось решить проблему. По первому вопросу заявили, что проблема заключается в банке. По второму вопросу не было предоставлено никакой конкретной информации; была указана неточная информация, при этом сотрудник настаивал на актуальности данных и указывал на то, что я обращаюсь не по адресу. К сожалению, такие сотрудники работают в таком прекрасном сервисе. К слову, ранее никогда не возникало каких-либо проблем с поддержкой. И прошу обратить внимание что это не первый отзыв про общение с поддержкой.

Ужасно медленно и долго

Приложение сделано для того, чтобы в нужный момент взять повербанк для зарядки. А для того, чтобы зарядиться, нужно потратить просто кучу времени на разрешения, дополнительную привязку оплаты и подобный бред. На последнем проценте взял зарядник. Ещё и стоят дорого. Никому никогда не советую
