Больше поводов кататься выгодно: в Питере +200 машин UMO, а завершение аренды с ними в центре — 0 ₽. Да, ровно ноль. Проверили дважды. А в Шереметьево открыли парковку прямо напротив терминала C — приезжайте в аэропорт на Драйве и идите сразу на регистрацию. По кнопке «Докупить» в активной аренде стало удобнее продлевать тариф. Выбор не то чтобы бесконечный, но всё нужное там есть. До встречи за рулём! Бип-бип

Не смотрите на тарифы, цены и условия, смысла нет, все равно рассчитают по факту как захотят. Техподдержка лишь расскажет вам, что вы не правы и закроет обращение.

Delusional monopolist

Everything was fine until this company started scamming government contracts. A few years ago, service quality plummeted, and now, because the company doesn't want to spend money on security, it's trying to solve the problem at the expense of its customers. Few cars, inflated prices, terrible, terrible cars, and... now you have to add your official government accounts to this app, and yes, they have a history of selling their customers' personal data (and... some customers are happy to continue selling their accounts, lol). I don't recommend using this service if you have a choice!

Долгие ответы от поддержки

Сервис не напомнил о списании денег за подписку. После моего вопроса, как же отменить подписку, поддержка не отвечала весь день. Мне пришлось отправить несколько запросов. Но внятного ответа я так и не добилась. В итоге поддержка Т Банка пыталась мне помочь, и совместно с ними мы поняли, что у меня у меня в личном кабинете попросту отсутствует кнопка «выйти из подписки». Кое как через приложение Яндекс такси мне удалось связаться с поддержкой драйва и все же отменить подписку. Удаляю приложение драйва.

Цена не соответствует

В целом всё довольно неплохо, НО.. когда на карте видишь авто и указана цена в 9р/мин, но при выборе его цена становится 15р., сразу отталкивает. Только по-этому выбираю его в крайних случаях.
