Вводят в заблуждение относительно бесплатной доставки. Набрал корзину на определенную сумму для бесплатной доставки, но деньги за доставку все равно списали. Телефонная поддержка вопросы не решает, поддержка в приложении - бот, который также не решает проблемы. По факту просто украли 10% от заказа.

Сервис ворует деньги, курьеры бросают еду в чужие подъезды, а поддержка газлайтит клиентов.
