Stole my money
Be careful. I made order, they mentioned delivery time 9:30-9:40, but their courier arrived at 9:16, I wasn’t expecting him sooner because I order from menu.am for 7 years and they are never soon, but sometimes late. So I could not know that this time first ever they will arrive soon. I wasn’t expecting that and wasn’t attentive that time. 9:35 I wrote to them to know where is the order, and it became obvious the courier already left and they are not going to give my money back. So I lost 12000 amd (about 30usd) because their courier arrived sooner.

Worst service ever
I had the worst experience with your service. I ordered sushi sets worth approximately 63,000 AMD for a birthday party, with the desired delivery to be around 12:00 AM as part of a surprise. However, the support chat agent rudely intervened, pushing us to accept a different delivery time that was not suitable.
When I declined, the representative continued with an arrogant attitude, insisting that the amount would be charged regardless. I then contacted the restaurant directly, coordinated the delivery with them, and informed the support agent that we would handle it ourselves.
Instead of resolving the matter, I received a phone call where I was told they were making an exception by allowing me to collect the order myself. What kind of exception is that? Is your platform truly built in a way that works against your customers?
This experience was not only frustrating but completely unacceptable. I hope you seriously review how your support team communicates with customers and handles such situations.

Worst app ever! No refunds when they mess up
Guys I ordered a few items, they literally had some guy wait for 5 minutes then drive off with my food, they did not call once or atlewst send a notification or even just ring the doorbell, just drives off snd says sorry no refunds because I didnt step out, ATLEAST DROP IT OFF. They said they dumped the food, what a stupid company lol

Do Not waste you time and money
I order food I maintain on app even I called menu. Whatever I told them I need a plastic fork and spoon!!!!! Got an order missing OMG I called them I asked very nice way why it is still missing she told me I’m sorry next time we will be careful and make sure and I told her so this time you want me eat with my fingers?????? She said oh sorry I’ll send it now after an hour she send it me but it was too late. They need more coustomer service!
