Worst App
Worst App from the worst bank I’ve ever used. Everything is so needlessly complicated. The app barely functions and it is basically impossible to log in. Says it doesn’t recognize my credentials all the time so I usually just use the instant balance feature. Well now that is saying I need to set it up (it’s been set up for over a year) but I can’t even log in to the app. Maybe I’ll log in to the website? NOPE! Won’t let me do that either. Need to do a wire transfer? Forget about it. What a ridiculous process. Need to transfer money to an external account? Have fun with the low transfer limit and waiting days for it to happen. Need to get in touch with someone on the phone who can help you do something basic like update your phone number? Good luck! I still can’t get them to change my phone number after four calls. I had to take control of this account after my father passed to manage my mother’s finances and pay her bills and all of that fun stuff. I will be closing this bank account and putting my mother’s money in a bank that actually functions like it is supposed to.

Won’t let me transfer money.
Son in college. Needs money ASAP. Tried to transfer for 2 days. I have done it before but when I need it it doesn’t work. If I have to call app is useless.

New system.
The new system is awful and I hate using it. Not user friendly. Thinking about changing banks that have a more user friendly system.
Terrible! Can’t past password in from safe
Ding dongs have made it so you can’t past a password into the PW field on login. Forcing you to manually type the password which either forces folks to
(1) type long complicate passwords (like they should have) which is not easy
(2) make there password simple which defeated the purpose of having security
Dumb move guys! People have password safes to manage their passwords and you just made using strong security more difficult.

Easy to use and I love that you can take a picture of a check and deposit it.

Completely useless app! Keeps asking questions that don't apply and never stops! It's a pain in the butt to use- useless!

As of today you can now login on your iPhone 6/6+! I am so thankful they got it working! Thank you EnergyOne customer service!
