App is completely unusable at this stage and I have to use a web browser to book my desk like I’m some sort of troglodyte!
Works but larger floor plates and seats taken are an issue
Making a reservation for a building with a larger floor plate is really painful. Available seats are too small to be selected and pinch/zoom is very unresponsive. Do something that should take no more than a few seconds with one hand turns into a minute-long ordeal.
Also, a “my seat has been taken” option would be nice. With an existing reservation it’s not possible to reserve another one, so if someone plunked down at your seat and you’re not up for a challenge it’s 1) cancel reservation, 2) wait for the system to process it (can take up to 15m), 3) make another reservation. Not an ideal customer experience.
