I’ve tried many focus apps over the years and this is the only one that I keep coming back to. Would love to have landscape mode soon!

Application keeps crashing

I am using it on my iPad Air, it keeps getting crashed. Not able to complete a single cycle. It was supposed to log my study hours but here I am with no record of any study sessions!

Bugged; can't stop timer

Does what it does, but if you go back into the app it shows the default no timer running screen. You can start a new timer but can't stop the old one, even by force closing the app. Means potentially hours of unwanted notifications.

Timer off

It’s a great and simple app, I purchased it last year.
Been using it since 5 years easily.
But there’s this one glitch that the app crashes on its own while in background and timer stops.
And even after setting new timer, the new and old notifs crash.
This has been really frequent and troublesome recently.

Unable to login

Whenever I try to enter email to login, a pop up comes up asking for payment and doesn’t let me enter the email and password. When I close the pop up the login page closes and takes back to settings.

Giving one star just for this reason. Please rectify this error.

I think the idea is great, but would be better if the times you click the distracted button and analysis, it can take those times to create a personalised timer to be most customised to ur concentration. bc of the flow state sometimes it’s so sudden to finish the timer

Great app, but bug on iPhone won’t allow login

Won’t let me log into my account on my iPhone. I select “account” it opens the login screen and immediately covers it with a pop up about premium. I already have premium so closed the pop up to log in to my account. But the log in screen disappears and I’m taken back to the settings menu. I did this 5 times before giving up. This doesn’t happen on my android. I paid for premium, primarily because I wanted to be able to use the app on both phones (one is for work). Would be 5 stars if they would fix this.

Hi Emerson, I am really sorry for the inconvenience. The premium upgrades on iOS & Android are actually separate. Since it is a one time purchase on both the platforms and we have set the prices according to single platform use only, that's why the purchases have been kept separate. I hope you understand, you'll need to purchase once on iOS to use the upgrade on your Apple devices and log-in to your account in the app. If you face any kind of issue or if you need any assistance, please let me know at support@engrossapp.com. Timer is malfunctioning.

I’ve used this app on android before and it worked well. However, on iOS even if I pause or abort the timer, it still sends notifications saying that the timer is done. Very annoying. App has lots of bugs and is glitchy. Not sure if the developer still works on it.

Can we have landscape mode.

This is great app. But missing landscape mode. I have magsafe charger and it would much easier and better if I can have landscape mode. Specially when I want to put it on table without magsafe.

Overall great

The app is quite good . but there are some issues like sometimes it shows negative work like -0.5 or so. Also sometimes I study till after 12:00am but then the work is added to the next days work . So it would be great if there is an option where the workday starts at say 5AM or so. Another issue is that I use the same id in 2 devices but the data and statistics are not synced across the devices (both use the same apple id) I wish it would be synced as then I can interoperate in between the devices for recording my work times.

I like it enough

I've tried a few different apps like this, and this one is pretty nice. I like that you can plan all your tasks and orgaze them by date (although it's not really a replacement to a calendar) and sort the tasks by priority. Just wish you could change the color of the timer screen, I don't really like the black all that much
