It completely changed my life…I reached a stage where I was super unfit and was at my heaviest..this app made it easy for me to push myself to start a healthier lifestyle..The fact that your trainer comes to you to your house makes it more easier for you to commit and reach your goals. On another note, my trainer is the best! Syeda pushed me when I was not motivated and she really helped me reach my ideal weight and physique.
