I have too many times to login Enjaz App every time it gets failed. Also tried to reset username and password then system shows user not exist.

The worst 👎

I want to register a new account I can’t every time I try to verify through nafath it fails and show me a “whilelabel” error page , then I called the customer service they said try registering at a different time probably we have a lot of traffic.

Brainless guy designed it

Only thing one can say that whoever has designed and developed this app must be removed from the job and it must be made sure that the guys never have a job except maybe made to do manual labor for remainder of the whole life

Rate Difference

If rupee value is good in market, enjaz does not increases rate immediately , but if rupee value falls then immediately decreases the rate. For self benefit??? !!!! 0.44 difference on inr. Instead of 0.28

Very poor service at online support & Riyadh head office

I had cancelled my transaction of money transfer on the 17th of Jan 2021 and it’s 17th February today and still haven’t received my money. Have visited branch more than 20 times but the manager says the money is not transferred from the head office. Even trying to get online help since the past 10/15 days, a request gets generated and then it gets automatically closed after every 2 days, even when the problem is not yet resolved.

Very slow

The app is very slow and when it gets you to the transfer page it collapses. Certainly needs essential improvements.
