Good app but needs improvement

overall really like this app and use it 6 days a week. It helps me monitor workload, volume and effort. Sometimes sets are not tracked though or reps are missing but I keep reporting feedback through the app when it happens hoping it will get better with every update đŸ€žđŸŒ

Also, please add isolation exercise for legs where possible! I know that’s not easy because the arm would be stationary I guess

Where to get support

Looking for a way to get support. My watch won’t register a subscription and there is no support at all. 5 star app - 1 for glitch-1 for no support.

Has promise but there are faults with it you should NOT expect the developer to improve

On the surface, this app is a fantastic idea - particularly if, like me, you have ADHD and trying to plan workouts and knowing how much to lift or how many times sends you into a cyclone of overthinking. It completely simplifies that element and almost takes it away, allowing me to show up to the gym, so what I need to do and leave. In fact, in the three and a half months I’ve been fully subscribed to it, I’ve seen the largest gains in strength and size of any workout routine I’ve ever followed. But
It’s not perfect - there are times where the app doesn’t recognise I’ve completed a set and there are even exercises where its failure to track them is close to 100%. To workaround this, you have to enable manual tracking from inside that exercise, otherwise you can forget it. This then has a knock-on effect on the stats tracking the app does for you but it also means the AI (which is used to calculate rest & recovery, plus formulate your next workout) doesn’t have a complete picture of the exercises you’ve just completed. You can feed this information back to the developer, and I’ve even been in dialogue with them about it for some weeks now, but in the last email I got from them, I was told that it should be obvious to any rational person that the developer does not make money from the app; that it has the POTENTIAL to be the most powerful fitness app for the Apple Watch (outside of Apple’s own offerings) but that the developer puts no focus on it. This is despite the fact that the app is STILL advertised on the App Store on the watch’s home page, for anyone looking for a fitness tracker to see. All in all, this could be great but while the developer has the attitude that “we’ll dedicate time to it when it makes money for us” it’s never going to. And I have the email from Torsten, the developer, to prove it. Very sad. Not sure if I’ll be resubscribing for another 6 months in December - I’ve been supplying them with workout data to improve the exercises that don’t record correctly but it seems that was all pointless.

Danke

An Overlooked Masterpiece

I don’t think many people understand just how ambitious this app is. It is determining the velocity of your movement and pairing that against how hard you think something felt. The reason that is so helpful is that one of the hardest things to do is find the right intensity to train at over the long term. It’s like having a coach watching you work. Getting all of that in your wrist is pretty incredible.

Home Workouts

Great app!

Where I’m not overly keen on the colour design of the app, I think that it is really well built and just what I’m looking for. Doesn’t even compare to the strength training in the Apple Workout app.

needs phone app

the idea is great however inconvenient as limited to watch screen

Made for Apple Watch

The whole app feels like the perfect fit for Apple Watch. Other apps are most often rather simple on the watch and doesn’t provide a lot of benefits. This one is definitely different!
