Enough Pause Stop—or EPS—is a minimalist app designed to help you step away from endless scrolling and take a brief moment for yourself. Open the app, take a breath, start a quiet 60-second pause, or receive a simple suggestion such as looking outside, drinking water, stretching, calling a friend, or reading a magazine. EPS is intentionally simple. It has no advertisements, accounts, analytics, notifications, or internet connection. Nothing is tracked, collected, or shared.
