Einfache Bedienung und gute Vertragsinformationen, unkompliziertes Melden der Zählerstände machen die App hilfreich und informativ und sie hilft beim Sparen der Energiekosten.

Eigentlich praktisch

Eigentlich ist die App ja praktisch aber seit ein paar Monaten habe ich auf dem iPhone Darstellungsprobleme. Viele Kästchen sind ohne Beschriftung oder einfach nur weiß. Da ich die App schon eine Weile nutze weiß ich welche Kästchen ich zum Zählerstand drücken muss. „Nach neuem installieren klappt es wieder mit dem Anzeigen.“

Neverending attempts to update

Es könnte so schön sein, wenn man über den Startbildschirm hinaus käme. Bei IOS 13.6.1., stellt die App fest, dass sie nicht up to date ist und möchte sich aktualisieren. Danach kann man nur noch feststellen, dass sie es nicht schafft.
Als absoluter Laie unke ich mal, hier wird der Heimatserver nicht mehr gefunden.
Bin mit dem Thema scheinbar nicht allein. Deinstall und neu soll wohl Abhilfe schaffen😒.
Update.....
Jetzt funktioniert es wieder fehlerfrei ..... von daher nunmehr vier statt ein Stern.

Schade, konnte mich sonst nie beschweren.

Eigentlich gute App, leider schlechter geworden

Als ich letztes Jahr zu Enpure gewechselt bin lief die App noch super und bot viele Komfortfunktionen. Leider wurden mit dem letzen/den letzten Update/s einige entfernt und, wie bei viele anderen, ist die App bei mir momentan komplett funktionsunfähig.

Da ich mal davon ausgehe, dass das Problem schnell behoben wird und der Support sich bemüht um das Problem herumzuarbeiten trotzdem 3 Sterne.
