Why make it difficult?

I see ads on facebook and have bought things before. This time I decided to try and make it easy and downloaded the app.
After an eleventeen step process to verify my email and password it denied my password and said I had use another.
I JUST chose it! Why do I have to use another?!
Deleted the app and will maybe buy things using the guest login option. 🤦🏼‍♂️🙄
