Cannot Create Profile In App

Tried multiple times to create profile in the app. States “cannot find customer”. Although, the webpage works like a charm. What gives?

Solid Brand with quality

The App is easy to use, I’ve bought a ton of their shirts, they are easily the best quality out of all of these giveaway companies.
