App does not work for me

I can’t even get in the app I have tried login in 20 to 25 times and it keeps saying wrong email or password I have bought entries into the drawing and I cannot even determine if I am been entered i’ve tried resetting my password does not work. And every time I went to create an account it takes you to your email and ask you to verify account but then it takes you to some dumb shop app. Not trying to verify a Shop app I’m trying to verify my account with LGND app frustrating
