Worst update.
Can’t access the services even after being a member, after the update I can’t select any address and theres a glitch in selecting the location of the salon in my city( Ahmedabad)

The app is great and simple to use. I would suggest only three changes/improvements:
1. The loading time between different screens is too long. Not sure if this is an app level issue or it just takes that much time to fetch data from the servers
2. When scheduling an appointment, the slots that are booked should be shown differently else the user has to keep trying every slot until they find an open one
3. Please show the appointment time as well in the booking

Terribly glitchy app! Need to get my money reversed.
I was trying to book two services through it. After some frustrating moments waiting for the app to work properly, I was taken to the payment gateway, through which I somehow managed to book and pay for the services. As soon as the payment got done (and I have proof of it on Gpay) I got a message from Enrich saying the payment failed!
The next day I called the salon to confirm and the lady on the phone told me to avoid using the app for booking services. That’s ridiculous because that’s what apps are for! She, instead of looking into it herself like an decent professional would do, told me to get the money reversed myself.
So I tried the helpline mentioned on the app a few times. The number didn’t seem operational. Tried the whatsapp chat number next, and somehow got the confirmation that my ₹6260 will be reversed in 5-7 days.
The next day I called the salon to confirm and the lady on the phone told me to avoid using the app for booking services. That’s ridiculous because that’s what apps are for! She, instead of looking into it herself like an decent professional would do, told me to get the money reversed myself.

Saloon wonderful experience
Hi, I had very good experience with reema and Amit rathod, Reema who took lovely care of my face with thalgo marine source facial and other services nd made me feel so relax wand MR Amit who made such nice hair with proper style and suggest me hair spa on right time and I was confused to take or not but blessed to believe him to go through with hair spa service , thanx to enrich saloon team, Manjalpur, Eva mall.☺️🙏

App is non functional
The new version of app does not let me go ahead with the booking and it takes ages to go from the first screen to the next cart to take things ahead and book.
The calling system is also pathetic with bookings always failing as they have system issues going on. The system issues go on forever.
No doubt the services in salon is great but without app booking or call support.. its a mere waste of time to directly go in without an appointment as the desired stylist might have other bookings. Making me turn to other salons

Worst salon experience
The poor rating is not for the app interface but for the poor customer service and experience at Enrich
1. Extremely untransparent pricing. They have a lot of hidden charges. Will charge 200 randomly for ‘senior specialist’. I don’t need a senior specialist for waxing or a pedicure
2. Will ask you to pay and sign up for the membership but then will never give you an appointment for you to be able to use the membership that you signed up for
3. The staff made me wait for 30 minutes at the outlet before telling me that they can’t offer the service - no value for customer’s time and money

Worst customer service ever.
I went in enrich beauty’s phoenix market city Pune branch as it is newly opened there, bought an eye liner they assured it is waterproof and will stay a day long, after using it once only I got to know it is getting peal off in just 2-3hrs. Contacted the store they wasted my 2-3 hrs and then asked to email the team, I asked them to refund or exchange the product. And there is no reply from the team more than a week now. This is the worst customer service I ever saw!!! Do not waste your money buying products from here.

App could use a bit of updates
It would be easier to see the reviews location wise and have the stylist name included if possible. This would make it easier to decide which branch to go to for a service
also the app takes a lot of time load and the loading comes a bit awkwardly…. you cannot cancel the page you’re on…
Also, too much navigation to do to select one service… this design can easily be accommodated by multiple drop downs and add buttons…

Fraudsters
I was cheated as they didn’t provide me invoice and charge me for 2 facials and took extra money. They didn’t refund and ask me to take additional service. When I went at salon to recover my over payment the rude staff Jinal and one more pounced on me and threaten me to call cops. I instead called the cops and took them to police station but as I was getting late for wedding left without complaining. I have still not got my 3000/- from them so stay away from such fraudsters and unprofessional people.

Not Happy with Hair Consulation
I had green hair and I had been for consultation in Enrich Pachpakadi, Thane, quite prior to the wedding dates. I wanted to do golden and brown highlight to my hair and I was told by enrich staff the green will come off that’s when I went ahead and started with the whole procedure. But the green didn’t come off. Upper half of my hair had highlights and lower half green. A lot of trail of colours was done after this on my hair. Though I was given a discount and the staff were polite but the consultation given to me was purely incorrect. If I was given right suggestions in the start itself, I wouldn’t have gone further with highlights at all. Now my texture of hair has gotten very dry as a lot of colour has been used on my hair and I’ve to live without any right treatment given.
I chose enrich and not any other local parlour because I assumed they have good experience in hair colour and treatment. Enrich is expensive and I didn’t mind thinking the outcome would be good but it clearly wasn’t.
In the end when I asked them to colour it all black, I was told that I’ll have to pay the charges for it. How is this my fault if I was given wrong advices which has officially spoilt my hair. I have wasted my time and money both and neither the right solution is still provided to me.

Absolutely Relaxing & Fresh !
I went in with the thought of pampering my self & feeling relaxed when I step out of the salon.
I wanted to lot of grooming that included pedicure manicure, specially hair kerastase conditioning & fusion tretment kelvin for hair (my all the time best stylist at Enrich ) & Ronakbhai took care of my hair best service.
Thank you so much and keep up the good job . Definitely recommend to everyone looking good service & value for money. Thanks again .

I am glad that i visited the salon after so long. Rajkumari from the mira rd branch has been an amazing person and also provides fantastic service like always. Love the atmosphere, welcoming staff. A special thanks to rajkumari for being so kind, energetic and perfect with her work. She is a good skilled professional. Bad customer service
Absolutely dissatisfied with the way Enrich has treated me and that when I was their customer since 1999 ei 20 years older. Due to their system error they reverted my membership from Gold to sliver level and now they are not able to Solve the issue committed by them. They wanna give compensation for their error by offering a free head massage, SERIOUSLY? They are not sorry at all for the experience they have given me and are absolutely fine without solving this issue. I have no choice but end my loyalty relationship with Enrich forever and that doesn’t matter to Enrich at all.

Fraudsters in Enrich Soliter salon
Though the service are good but thy will diducte money more then your bill & when you will ask at the reception, an arrogant lady will say it might be by mistake and it will added in your points. They use to do this very frequently with the label “by mistake”
Very first time on call i was told pp kit will charge 50 rupees, but at salon they charges 175. Where as in other salons thy provide it for free.
They will provide you a different amount of bills on the same service taken every month.
I am a member but this cheapstars diducts the charges from my bill on the name of non members & if you go and confront with them. Firstly they will play on the name of gst and if u are smart enough and make them tbings clear than to OMG they will show you hell lot pf arrogance and attitude as is “paisa unke baap ka ho”
They are the biggest fraudsters.
Everyone alwasy check your bills and service given and the total amount and always confront about the gst diductions.
They are bloody fraudsters and cheapstars.

Bad experience
Very bad customer service on reception. I wanted to buy some products with my credit card. But the credit card machine was not working and, so the receptionist told me that I should pay with Google pay or Paytm. I said no, I don't want to link my credit card to Paytm or Google pay... He first told me to open Paytm and try to pay with it. So I opened Paytm and showed him that I had not linked my credit card with it and I don’t want to do so either (I shouldn't have to show his this as proof because this could be considered personal information). Meanwhile he had my card which I had given to him in order to swipe it and complete the payment. When I showed him that I did not have my card linked with Paytm he had taken my phone. He then (without informing me) started to put in my card information into my Paytm account ! I asked him, what he was doing, and he said he was putting the card details in my Paytm in order to get money in my Paytm wallet. So I instantly said that I don't want to transfer cash from my credit card to my Paytm as there is an extra charge for doing so. And he said that he did not know about this. I asked for my phone and card back. I got very angry with him, but I did not say anything and left without getting the products but the thought that I would never come back to the enrich at growels.
