As the title suggests, I couldnât even sign in to the app. Garbage.

I tried this all because I kept getting the same error messages using two different browsers on my desktop. I figured maybe this would be successful. It gets stuck on âredirectingâ - thatâs it, nothing else.
Using A Web-Browser Saves Time
The app functions only marginally well on Android and is not fully functional on iOS. Based on my experienceâand feedback from othersâthe performance on Apple devices is inconsistent and often frustrating. A web browser provides a much more reliable and user-friendly experience on iOS. Improvements to stability and functionality on Apple devices would make a significant difference.

The worst
This has to be one of the worst apps I have on my phone. I canât go paperless because I canât view any messages within my portal. I have to login about three times before I get to my account. I thought deleting and reinstalling would help, not at all. I called to add another member and they wanted me to use the app. The app wouldnât let me. This is the worst. Itâs time to update the app.

The Worts
Terrible, the app is unusable, just use the website. Not that you will have much less stress doing so as the entire marketplace is a mess, my coverage is constantly getting messed up and they even send me tax forms that are all jacked up and filled out incorrect. The staff says, âwe arenât tax prepped, we canât help you!â lol anyways enjoy the nightmare and avoid the app to make it slightly more barable.

this app absolutely sucks. It never connects or loads for me and they make it extremely difficult to apply for health insurance. Even their website sucks. Theyâll take documents and say success and then decline your application because they claim you never sent documents when you DID
App doesnât even log you in
Iâve downloaded the app. I have both a Maryland health connection account and a Maryland benefit account and neither of the logins will let you through. Theyâll both just get stuck on the redirecting page. Over three years of reviews of people bringing up this issue and is still not corrected is absolutely insane tax dollars are supposed to be going back to support. Peopleâs livelihoods is definitely not being shown here.

I have hard time log in to the app, I donât understand why? you guys should update it. This is frustrating I receive a notice and I canât even log in to go check it out. Update the app, create another one or just delete it so we can just use the regular website to log in.

Once logging in for the first time, closing the app, and trying to re-open it - The app gets stuck in a terminal spinning cycle where it never loads. Have to delete & re-download every time.
Significant Issues with Basic App Functionality
I have been trying to log in for weeks and can't. Ive updated, restarted, and everything and it always just says "redirecting" indefinitely after I enter my credentials. Its just awful to not be able to access your health insurance information. Truly awful ):
App sucks and refuses to load most times
I literally thought my app was just out of date because it barely works everâŠbut no updates availableâŠ. Why make the website unusable without the app if the app isnât going to work? I have to close and reopen multiple times for just a chance that maybe the sign in will actually fully load. Itâs the last day for coverage and this app is giving me so much anxiety. Itâs supposed to help us, not make the process that much more complicated.

Maryland health connection app is not worth downloading
I have moved from my previous address thinking that I would receive a notification from this app letting me know when I had to recertify my health coverage, didnât happen now I try to log in and it doesnât open after putting login information.
Will have to call or go in person to apply for coverage again, very disappointed.
