Route Planner scan app
This app is the worst software I’ve ever tried to use. The App Store says it costs $49.99 per year, and after you download the “free” version in order to do anything you have to upgrade it and they tell you on that screen the annual subscription rate is $69.99! What ripoff! The if you go ahead and purchase it there is no user guide or instructions on how to use it. I have requested a refund and what to let other users know SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF.

I purchased the $4.99 plan and it keeps skipping through the page where you put the address in and it goes right back to the subscription page. I will be canceling my plan.

They stole my money you have pay for in advance. I canceled it within 15 min of ordering because I could get pass the advertisement. This app needs to be taken down.

I downloaded the app and even paid for the subscription. I was unable to use the app even after subscribing. No customer service to resolve the issue. No refunds either.
Can’t get past ads
I bought a year subscription and I still can’t can’t past the ads. What’s the point?
Does not work
The app immediately launches to the subscription screen which you can not bypass. Decided to try it out because as a medical courier that sometimes drives over 400 miles per day I need to optimize my drive time. Unfortunately even after subscribing I can’t get past the ads.

I am a route driver and was looking for something that could help plan my route as I drive well over 200 miles each day so I got this app. When you first install it, it immediately directs you to buy a subscription. It says “3 days free” and then you’ll be charged for the subscription. {{BUZZER}} wrong answer … you’re charged on the spot. To make things worse, you can’t even get past the subscription page into the actual app. This is nothing but a scam and a waste of money … if I could give this a negative five star review….

Can not even get into the app
Once you are asked to sign up for a 3 day trial, it won’t allow user to enter app. Gets stuck on free trial page. It’s says go to app but then loops back to sign up.
Nothing Fixed
I read a review that said you can’t use the app without purchasing a subscription and then there are ads every two seconds. Hoping these were fixed, I installed the app. Nope. The other reviewer wasn’t kidding. There is no way to get past the premium screen. So I went ahead and “purchased” it but then couldn’t get past the ads. There is a button above the ad that says to continue to app. I selected that and it takes me back to the purchase screen. I did this already. Ugh. I can’t tell you if the app works or not. Couldn’t get passed the ads and purchase screens.

STAY AWAY
This is a horrible app. When you open it, it will tell you to buy premium. There’s no way you can skip that! Oh, and to rub it in your face, the app will start showing you ads so they can profit from your patience. Even when you skip these ads, they’ll come back again in a couple seconds. What a horrible model! Use MapQuest instead. It’s amazing.
