Not working
As a big ensignbus fan I hate this app it doesn’t work anymore and yeah however older routes are still on there subscribe to bluejay11vr

Shockingly crap!
For a transport company to have such a rubbish app is totally unacceptable. Looks like a child has designed it. It doesn’t track any buses so is totally pointless
Busses don’t track
The tracking worked for a week or two but now they don’t track at all
Waste of time
It doesn’t even open so I have no idea if it’s any good or not (clearly it’s rubbish)
Useless & inaccurate
Doesn’t tell you correct live timings and user interface absolutely crap. Feels like an 18th century old computer system with numerous malfunctions. Please shut this to spread false information on bus timings
Add online ticket purchasing
The app works just fine. All I want is to be able to conveniently buy tickets before I board a bus.

didn’t show the bus that i wanted to go on, and i am positive that it is ensign
Poor
Used to be good, now is very poor with no buses being shown on the map a lot of the time. Stops just say ‘loading’ and never tell you when the next bus is.

Fix it
It’s always crashing, causing them to be unreliable so instead, i avoid ensign and catch red buses sometimes
Also, they need to start using a double decker X80, I take it a few times a week and it’s just not spacious enough

I use this app 5/6 days a week and absolutely love it.
It shows where buses are on the map so you know in advance if they’re running late!
Access to live tweets is useful too, especially if you’re using routes that are regularly effected by traffic.

Never gets past the loading page
Everytime I've opened the app since downloading it, it never gets past the loading splash page.
Wasted mobile data
• 90% of searches won't go past loading
• No live update for late buses
• Permanently fails to refresh
• Some of the bus times are missing
• Auto updates take forever
• Sometimes the app stops showing active lines
This app is as good as not having it at all.

Still doesn't work
When it worked it seemed inaccurate but now it doesn't work at all.
Please sort out.
Generally good, though the updates need to be for that day only. Don't need to open find 10 updates for the last week.
Also, it's stopped working on my iPhone 6.
Please sort it out & you can have a fifth star.
