Driver no show

Driver booked for 3.41- we arrived at 3.40 as we lived 20 seconds away and travel come through at 3.42 saying we were a no show and travel cancelled ? No vehicle there and no driver driving away. Very disappointed.

Bus 88 to Halstead/ colchester

I am. Using this but very frequently now and really enjoy the journeys I’ll soon be venturing to Sudbury and clacton. But is it possible to put Wi-Fi at each stop as I can not access the internet once I leave home so if there is a cancellation I am in the dark other than that what a great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
