Horrendous app

I nearly missed my train because the tickets can’t be generated through the app even though there was 4G connection. Tickets take forever to load and you have to click so many buttons to get to the ticket QR code. Absolutely useless and clunky design!

Prices seem higher than the GA website

Although the app functionality is good, I have sometimes found lower prices for the same journeys offered on the Greater Anglia website. As a consequence, I now buy tickets on the PC to ensure the lowest price and just use this app as a wallet
