Some issues
Generally ok but slow at fetching data and also often tells me I’m offline when I’m not. Doesn’t always give the best ticket options either. I double check with the trainline which often shows cheaper tickets. For example recently the trainline offered me a London Night Out for £27. Putting same time trains in GA app I was offered a £55.30 off peak return. Double the price for same journey and London Night out is a GA ticket type!

Best train App by a long way
Tried each TOC App and most fail at some stage. This one doesn’t so naturally, I stick with it.
Better than Trainline
A genuinely useful app and unlike Trainline, no booking fee.
Stopped working
The app has stopped working with the latest update. Cannot check times, see status across lines or buy tickets. Seemingly no response to this anywhere on the website or otherwise so am left with it being unusable

Glad to see the useless smart card appears to have been dispensed with. Just make sure your phone is charged.

Great app to buy tickets and watch for train schedules.
Latest update issues
Normally love this app, but with the latest update, it’s completely unusable. I can’t make any selections and it freezes. I have to now use the desktop - and can’t report this on the app as it won’t let me select the option. I look forward to the next update fixing this.

Easy to use and I’m 81 with arthritis and many other problems but I still manage, Old people are lazy to learn new things.

Recent update not allowing you to out tickets in your wallet. Still having to print from the generated codes upon purchasing a ticket really annoying

This train ticket app is very straightforward and logical. You get full detail of each journey if there are changes. I use it all the time, I mainly travel on ga routes but use this app for all over England.

App doesn’t work and staff can’t help
Bought a ticket and used the app to activate it but it doesn’t work at the station. They fine you if you get on within a valid ticket but I’ve been waiting here for over 30 minutes (talking to the staff twice) and they just say they can’t help. Waste of time and money.
