Buggy
Scheduled messages disappear and never send. Sometimes manual messages don’t go thru. Has caused some communication failures between us and our guests. We’ve had to change how we use the platform until the bugs are worked out. Has a lot of potential. Now the app requires you to enter you credentials every time you launch the app. The only time it automatically logs in now is when I get an Enso app notification and I click on it. They really need to hire better programers.

Buggy and lack of support
This has great potential, but currently the system is unreliable. We’ve been using the platform for almost three months now and I’m surprised to find this company has been around since 2019. The software has some obvious flaws that you would think have been addressed by now. Here are some things we’ve experienced: Onboarding is okay. The salesperson is great at pitching the product and helping you to get started, but they run into issues during setup that require getting techs involved. When checking messages on the app they filter from the oldest message to the newest. This means that every time you get a message you must scroll all the way to the bottom. When new messages come in you must refresh the app to get the newest message to show in the chat (same issue with the website). Scheduled messages don’t always work. We’ve scheduled messages that we would see on the schedule, only for the scheduled message to disappear later and never go out. (this has happened several times and now we are taking screenshots since the support doesn’t seem to think the issue is on their end). When you create a scheduled message, you only have an option to schedule it by days, hours, or minutes (not by date and time). You can schedule it by date and time after you’ve created the schedule and then open it back up to edit it (this is just lazy programming). Doesn’t seem to have a support phone number so you must email or use chat.

Doesn’t seem to have a support phone number so you must email tech support. You get a person that responds about a day later to let you know your message has been sent to a tech. You then wait another couple of days for a tech to then ask questions. So if you have an urgent issue there is no one to talk to (except stupid chat system that doesn’t help).
Seeing as this company has been around since 2019 and they still behave like a small company, makes me worry that they might just close up shop and leave the customers screwed one day.
