Version 6.1.0 THE MEDIA LIBRARY RELEASE — two new experiences over your existing storage. No new accounts, no new servers, end-to-end private. PHOTOS LIBRARY: an Apple-Photos-style library over any of your remotes — timeline, Places map, Albums, Favorites, search, Live Photos, true RAW develops, and 360° viewing. Indexed into a private, encrypted on-device library that syncs across your devices without any server. It now keeps itself up to date: it re-checks your folders when you open it, and immediately when a scheduled sync adds new media — even if Photos wasn't open at the time. New media is indexed newest-first, so a photo added today shows up right away instead of behind years of back catalogue. NEW — ALBUM EDITING: add a selection to a new or existing album, or remove it from one. Changes are saved alongside your files on your own storage, so they survive a rescan and travel with the photos. Editing pauses (and tells you which sync is responsible) when a scheduled sync would overwrite your changes. THEATER: a streaming-service experience for your movie & TV folders — Continue Watching, Suggested for You and genre shelves with TMDB artwork and details (works without a TMDB key too), resume prompts that never spoil, and episode auto-advance. Rescanning is now dramatically faster: it only identifies genuinely new files instead of re-checking every title, and refreshes on its own when a sync adds titles. A PLAYER BUILT FOR YOUR FILES: Enter Space's own video player on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV — glass controls, scrubbing, previous/next episode, and audio/subtitle menus that reliably switch real-world multi-track files, with your choices remembered across resume, episodes, launches, and devices. APPLE TV: Theater is first-class — native shelves, a custom glass player (swipe the time bar to scrub), standalone setup right on the TV, and a Home tab that leads with your Continue Watching shelf. Watch history roams over iCloud. OFFLINE EVERYTHING: download photos, albums, movies, seasons, or whole series — encrypted at rest on-device, with a free-space guard. Also fixed: "Add Photos Folder" no longer opens a blank panel when you pick a storage location; the Photos timeline scroller starts at the top with your newest photos and follows along as you scroll; deleted storage connections no longer come back on their own; and empty folders in the folder picker appear instantly. Plus: rclone engine updated to 1.74.4 (five upstream security fixes), configuration-sync hardening with rotated local backups, EXIF-accurate capture dates, orientation-correct thumbnails everywhere, and major performance work on every platform.
