No sounds with notifications
Why this app doesn’t sound when notifications pops up?!?
Difficult to navigate
I keep having to delete and reinstall the app as I get a blank page every second day
Company portal switch
Kindly implement settings homepage to switch between different employee portals. Especially if employees are either switching employers or have more than two active.

Yep, everything works, handy on the go when I need to quickly see what time I’m working next, instead of having to re-login on the website 24/7
Rubbish App
App always crashes so I can’t get into my account to check my shifts.
No support. company (Humanforce) is useless.
Apps broken, tried to report it and they sent me in circles with no resolution.

App is always broken
I use ENTO for clocking into work, it’s a well made app and good to use when it works but 98% of the time using it (on a iPhone 15) it doesn’t work. Comes up with a blank white screen and has to be re installed. A few of us on iPhones have this issue at work. Has been like this for a long time
Worst App ever
I have to delete and reinstall this app on a daily basis to use. They are aware of the issues but have done nothing about it. If you are thinking of rolling this out for your company don’t! If I could give it a zero star I would. Such a pathetic and useless app.
Not made for iPhone
App wasn’t designed with iPhone in mind as the screen stretches over the boarders of iPhones layout
Disappointing & a waste of time

I don't have the option to acknowledge
I'm using it on an iPhone 14 Plus, but every time I receive a shift alert I have to call the manager to help me accept the shift, when the app is supposed to serve to avoid the hassle of calling the manager all the time.

STILL no Apple Watch compatibility and the screen keeps going white and I have to completely shut it down and start again.

Blank screen
Does not work on my iPhone. I just get a blank screen every time.
Fix the problem
Started new job they want me to use this but every time I sign in with my login details it boots me straight back to the login page.
App consistently doesn’t open
I have an iPhone and this app consistently won’t open, it gets stuck on a completely white screen and I have to restart my phone or delete and reinstall the app to be able to see my shifts. This is unacceptable in my opinion as people need to be able to accept shifts and clock in on time to get paid accordingly. Please fix this issue as I need to be able to accept shifts as they’re published and I’m missing out on work because of this.

Screen goes blank
Very annoying that I have to restart my iphone every time when I want to see the shifts as certain time it will go blank
