App doesn’t work
On iOS 26.5 and it just launches saying “Remote config failed: Check your Internet connection and try again”. Connection is fine and working for everything else. If you tap “try again” it just refreshes the error over and over. It does this even if you completely delete the app and reinstall it without any settings configured at all. Just throws the error immediately on open. Does anyone test this stuff? Feel like it breaks every other update.

Where is the save button
There’s no option to save the information you enter upon logging in the service. Really annoying to keep putting this information every single time when there should be a save feature
Non functional after update
The latest app update broke it, and calling Tyco as an end user ends up with them not helping you at all.

Temporarily TERRIBLE!
We have used this app and system for several years. It is crucial at times to be able to use the phone app to allow people when someone with a properly authorized FOB isn't accessible. For the last four weeks, the app has been worse than worthless.
Our service providers have been given absolutely no timeframe for resolving this issue. No service and no answers is a business model that will put you out of business. Please fix this issue! It is literally paying for problems.

Cameras don’t work

IPhone App
At the suggestion of the professional installers, I agreed to use this App to access cameras, alarm system and zones and various gate controls. It works marginally ok on an Apple computer, although certain elements like the “virtual keyboard” do not work on a Mac. On the iPhone, it is terrible. It takes forever for the cameras to load, and of 85 alarm zones, 9 show up. Additionally, the remote ability to arm the system and disarm the system, a rather critical feature, does not work at all.
What is frustrating is that this issue/problem was identified in early November. It’s now January and still not fixed/addressed. The answer is always: “we only have one technician who works on Apple products”.
Until they get serious about their product being compatible with Apple products, I would wait or find something else that is truly Apple compatible.
