Unreliable
I’ve tried many times and the office had sent me a rest but no luck!
What a joke
I have the latest iPhone and I’m running the most up-to-date version of iOS. This app did not open my hotel door a single time. I gave up after about 10 tries and got a room key from the front desk.
Does not work.
Horrible app, was locked out of my room and had to wait for my friend to come back with the physical key. Would not use again.
