My company bought this app for me a day ago, and I haven’t been able to use it yet. That is due to not being able to create an account, using the link that the access team sent.
The Territory manager did send me some PDF files, via email, and that was a nice gesture. Still though, I want to be able to use the app that my company is paying for today, rather than when Enverus gets around to helping me with a solution.
I just expect there to be better customer support for this type of situation.

I’ve had this app for 3 years and now that it’s made me do an update it’s not letting me enter anymore, is this happening to anybody else ?

So it’s always short distance from location about 2 miles short from parking your car or truck it makes you walk to location
Rig data
Rig data used to be a good app and page. They got bought out. Since then we are always having to call to get something else fixed. Web page problems, mobile app problems. Always signing you out.
I absolutely dislike this and would love to find something more reliable.

Great for Business Development efforts
This app is great for my companies business development/ sales efforts. It shows me all new rigs and their locations so my team can move quick.
Garbage…it won’t load
This app use to be good. Now it’s significantly worse than garbage. It won’t ever load or takes forever. Delete and reinstall the app and it works for a day. Then back to being worse than garbage.
Worst billing ever
App is somewhat accurate. Billing is absolutely the worst I have ever seen. They need to clean house.
Not a good app
This app use to be great. Now they require an update every other day and every time they update you have to reenter your login info and password. It’s very inconvenient. It’s probably easier to just get coordinates and enter them into whatever map app you use
Disappointed
I’ve had this app for years. When Rig Data operated it, it was up to date and very few bugs. Since Enverus took over it is getting worse by the month. Rigs not up to date, sometimes weeks behind and duplicate data. Come on Enverus do better!
Trash.
This app is getting worse and worse every day. I’ve wasted more times following the directions on here than I cared to. I’ve had better luck just looking for derricks in the air than using this crap.
Overpriced
Had this app since it was rig data and really loved it, since they bought this out it has gotten less accurate and less intuitive, now they are raising the price from 26.00 a month too 75.00 our company has now dropped them and will find another company that wants to do business not just over charge us for a less than stellar product

Activity Tab
Would be great to actually see the activity on the main tab rather than “Virtual Scout: # deals for x events”.
It’s not helpful that I need to click into each to figure out what deals / events are under it. Would be a lot more useful to actually show the deal / event like how it is shown in the video library.

Constantly crashing. You’d think for $12k+/year you’d get a more quality product.

Great for seeing up-to-date information on active rigs, current WTI price, daily permit/contract/leasing activity, and you can even create a Virtual Scouting Report grouped by the main Area of Interest and then further filter your results by the following categories: State, County/Parish, Contractor, Operator, API#, Well Type, Drill Type, Field Name, Formation, Spud Date, Permit Depth, etc. The app also gives valuable information including direct-click calling to contractors/operators for the specified rigs as well as directions to the rig location.

First-time user here; I sure wish I'd had access to a tool like this long ago… Immediately able to scope out activity in my favorite basins and obtain detailed information on what wells or being drilled, by which operators, to which target formations, and so on.
