My company bought this app for me a day ago, and I haven’t been able to use it yet. That is due to not being able to create an account, using the link that the access team sent.
The Territory manager did send me some PDF files, via email, and that was a nice gesture. Still though, I want to be able to use the app that my company is paying for today, rather than when Enverus gets around to helping me with a solution.
I just expect there to be better customer support for this type of situation.

I’ve had this app for 3 years and now that it’s made me do an update it’s not letting me enter anymore, is this happening to anybody else ?

So it’s always short distance from location about 2 miles short from parking your car or truck it makes you walk to location
Rig data
Rig data used to be a good app and page. They got bought out. Since then we are always having to call to get something else fixed. Web page problems, mobile app problems. Always signing you out.
I absolutely dislike this and would love to find something more reliable.
