Ayer en la tarde hice un envío a mi país, me mandaron la confirmación ME DEBITARON EL DINERO y hoy que llamo a ver qué pasó me informan que se rechazó, pregunté cuál es el motivo me dicen que la tarjeta debe ser del nombre del remitente era la tarjeta de mi esposo porque tenemos una cuenta conjunta, expliqué eso y que justamente ellos piden el estado de cuenta para verificar que es real y que ahí aparecía los dos nombres y además mencione que era poco profesional que uno tenga que llamar a preguntar y que si uno mismo no llama no le informan la persona muy sarcástica me contesta que no es ni un día y que debo esperar porque en los próximos dos días me iban a informa, DOS DIAS!! Pudo ser una emergencia y yo pensando que el dinero ya estaba en mi país y no, y para terminar me dicen que el dinero va a estar

Antes había visto otras app y nunca me animé porque sus tarifas eran algo caras. Encontré envíos.com y me pareció muy buen precio de su tarifa de envío y rápido al enviar el dinero (30 min aprox). Pero lo mejor es su sistema de fidelizacion, porque por navidad, el día de las madres y mi cumpleaños me dan promociones reduciendo mi tarifa de envío, a veces incluso gratis.

Hice en giro de $40 y me hicieron enviar toda mi información de Id y credit card.
Al final, cancelaron el envío, a pesar de que por teléfono reconocieron toda la información
