Poor service
I am really disappointed for them service I request for money transfer receipt from 2016 to 2023 they never provide me that. That’s very important for me. Someone told me I need to submit written request whatever they told I did many times I send email for my transaction receipt but nobody give me that . I never gonna use it send money anymore

Once you entered info again we can’t able to delete our data.

Communication problem
The Placid owner is from Bangladesh, so he routed all customer support from Bangladesh; they can not speak English properly. Lot of communication gap. I'm uninstalling this app.
Profile locked
It’s has been more than a month but issue not resolved I have sent 9 emails and have called them 11 or more times every time people who pick up the phone they says they have forwarded my concern to technical team they are working on it no one cares , so before using them make sure fund you want to send are for NOT any emergency reasons like hospital expenses of family or any other family emergency or EMI of loan as for sure you will miss it
