Unreliable
This app is awful. It is so unreliable. It hardly ever loads and works. If you are thinking of purchasing this scheduling tool DON’T!! Do some research and find a better one. I wish we had.
Terrible update
This new update y’all have on the app is terrible can’t even see anything on it cause the font blends in to the background color
Wish it was more reliable
It’ll go days of being able to login no problem. Then it’ll just close on you at a random time and you won’t be able to log back in for hours. Everytime you go back it says problem connecting with server. Same complaint as others had years ago and it’s still not fixed. Please fix it! I would love to feel confident that I could pull it up anytime I need to check my schedule for clients.

Awful
Not worth the money. Only works one out of a handful of times. Completely unreliable.
Wish the app was better!
I was using another app before that let me use their services for free. I moved to another salon and this is the appointment app that they currently use. I wish the app would work wether the main computer was off or on. The app won't work if the main computer is turned off or in sleep mode. I dis-like that you can't see what day of the week it is, and that I can't schedule any clients on times that I'm not scheduled to work. And that I can't double book on the app. Please fix this!

After all this the app is delayed. When I open the app and try to change the date/day to see my schedule it has a 30 second delay before it changes to the date/day I want to see. With all the money the salon pays for the app you would think they would have a better app for us. I would never recommend this app and/or envision program to anyone. This is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.

Unreliable
Have been using this app through the salon for about a year now & could not tell you the amount of times this app does not even get passed the login screen. As of now, I haven't been able to use it for a week and GUARANTEE I've lost potential clients because I simply cannot book an appointment unless I'm in the salon. (Why have an app then?)

App won't open
I haven't been able to check my schedule for 2 days. This is a constant problem. I really wish it worked, because I like being able to see my appointments & book appointments from my phone.
The app is glitchy and basic.
I would like to see:
•seamless use
•full integration with calendars with a notifications option
•compatibility with Apple Watch

Crashes Constantly
Often claims the server at place of business isn't connected, when the Envision program at work is working just fine. Now this app won't even give that message - just flips back to the desktop, thus becoming unopenable. When it is working, it is tedious to schedule your client for multiple services (doesn't have the Save and Add option the PC program has). Doesn't have a weekly view of your schedule, you can only view one day at a time. It also won't allow you to adjust the amount of time for a service after it has been scheduled. The same goes for blocked time - you cannot adjust the blocked time once it's been blocked, you have to pray the app won't crash and delete the block and create a whole new block. Fix these please, I've got a business to run!

Crashes right away after opening. NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!

Shuts down as soon as I open my app. Not happy I run my business from this app and haven't been able to use it.
Very weak
I am salon owner, and to be able to see all of the
12 therapists's schedules I had to buy their full Version. Comparing with other apps this app is very weak and can do very limited things. Unfortunately with new update it can not even show to me schedules of employees and I am unable to make any changes on the schedule. It would be great if app would show when therapist is scheduled to work as on the envision access. And on envision access it needs to only show therapists, who are working that day.

New update is terrible
New update causes the app to crash every time you open it. Not helpful when trying to book clients 😩

Im using this app for work and it was working fine until last update 2nd of December. Now I can't open the app, it crash straight away!!! Please fix this!

This app has been nothing but problems. It's an 80$ a month waste of money. We are losing clients left and right because envision can't get their crap together and create a better app then this crap.

It's time to update or SOMETHING, this app has been HORRIBLE since the day I downloaded. I've had to suffer for years with the constant error log in and I've lost count how many times this app freezes!!! I don't delete it because sometimes and I mean once in a blue moon i can book a quick appointment when needed but I'm tired of waiting more then few minutes to just LOG IN!!! Please please please do something to better this app.
