Why can’t I connect?

Why can’t I connect to my nova Pro anymore where I can change the onboard effects what’s going on?

Great !!!!!

Only issue, when I use the AI to search a song, results are in chinese(mandarin/cantonese????). Please fix

Latest version addresses important issues

The latest version of the Enya Music app (v4.0.0) has addressed one of my main complaints, that users had to enter five taps to connect their guitar and access the app. I only have tried with one guitar so far (I have two Enyas) but on opening the app, I was presented with the one I last used in what may be a list if more guitars have been used recently and it took one tap to connect. Fantastic! Thank you Enya!

However, the interface could use a bit more work. Why does the app launch in portrait mode but immediately switch to landscape mode as soon as a device is connected? In portrait mode, on an iPad Mini, the buttons (often actually just text) are very small and when in portrait mode sometimes partially obscured by the Apple 'traffic light buttons' at the top left so difficult to tap without making an inappropriate tap.

I don't understand why users are forced to use the 'Cloud' to build a library of presets from which the preset bank can draw. Sure, the marketplace is a nice idea and sharing one's presets requires uploading to the cloud but if I just want to experiment, my iPad has a huge amount of storage, why can't I have a local library?

Lastly, Enya replied to my review asking me to e-mail them. I knew I was going to be buying the Inspire Pro so I held off but now I find that all avenues of direct communication with Enya seem to have been cut off. I sent a detailed e-mail to them regarding a problem I was having coupled with the points made above and got no reply. I posted on their Facebook group with an image illustrating a problem, the post never received admin approval (as none of my posts with images seem to do without days, weeks or in one case MONTHS of nagging), I DMed them on Facebook - no reply. I tagged them in a post on X/Twitter - no response. Eventually, I used their online form and got a response asking for more details and I replied with my original fully detailed e-mail and did not hear back from them. I had good responses when I contacted Enya about my first Inspire but having paid twice as much for the Pro, I genuinely feel as if I am either being ignored or I have been blocked. So, Enya's response (below) to contact them directly feels a bit hollow.

It's not my intention to be horrible, I generally like the guitars I have but I have to be honest and if Enya say that they will respond to e-mails within a business day and I have not heard back after a week (or ever) after trying to contact them four different ways, that is not what I consider good customer support. Other people report on Facebook that they get good customer support, others say that they do not and I (currently) do not and it is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

PLEASE FIX THE CHORD TIMING BUG

I love the Cyber-G Pocket, but the chord-following screen has a frustrating timing issue. The first chord box sometimes appears already filled before I even strum, so when I make my first strum, the app registers it as the second box.

This makes the chord guide extremely confusing because the visual timing doesn’t seem to match my actual playing.

I’ve tried troubleshooting but can’t find a setting to fix it. ENYA, please have your development team look into the chord-screen synchronization/timing! I really want to enjoy this instrument, but this issue makes playing along with songs difficult.

Please fix this in a future update. 🙏
