Stops logging in
Sometime won’t log in, even after restarting and reinstalling. V frustrating after buying 8 cameras. Only using 4 even.
Basic app functions don’t work
I wanted to use the window mount camera to monitor a bird feeder. At first glance the camera seems like a good deal and is pretty easy to install, connect to wifi, and it even comes with a 64GB SD card. However when it came time to actually use it, it didn’t even let me record locally. You need a subscription to get alerts and set up trigger-based recording. But the fact you can’t record even manually is mind boggling. Also the landscape mode doesn’t work; the screen goes black and you can use the controls. Nice camera but since the app doesn’t work, I’ll be returning this to Amazon.

Sign in problems
The app logged me out and won’t let me sign back in. I get to the sign in page and put my info and it doesn’t do anything just keeps going back

Complete garbage worthless, I heard a swat team pulling up to my house — and magically the app is undergoing maintenance. I was already logged in and with my cat like reflexes I grabbed my phone and opened the app super fast only to be greeted by a logged out screen and when I go to login I get a message of some scheduled maintenance to cloud service which has nothing to do with videos cannot use my camera at a critical time. You don’t need take to take all cameras offline to upgrade storage 🤦♀️🤦♀️my family could not respond on time and the burglars broke in and took all our lives and wiped out our whole family due to scheduled maintenance at 12:35pm. DO NOT BUY OR THEY WILL LEAVE NO SURVIVORS. Here is the message — Cloud System Upgrade We would like to inform you about a scheduled upgrade to our cloud service system: Date & Time: March 22, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM PDT Impact: During this period, there may be brief interruptions to our services, and new user registrations will be temporarily unavailable. Newer isn’t better
Worked acceptably for a few months, then we lost electrical power for a few hrs. Camera went offline. Downloaded the latest version and now camera can’t be found/paired. I like the camera but the app doesn’t work well. I’d pass on the app and wish the camera would work with other apps.
Failed to connect
Purchased the Starlight Window Camera and could never get the app/camera to connect to wi-fi. Tried all the troubleshooting and ended up returning. Something like this should not be so difficult in today’s technologically advanced world.
Good and Bad
I gotta give credit where it’s do there is no other camera in the market that you can put on your window and give you HD quality pictures and recording. But there is also a lot of issues the sound is not working for alarm or two way communication. As well I don’t like the fact that you have to have a subscription to view events when there is a local storage.

Doesn’t work proper
It alerts you constantly for leaves moving or recognizes a generator or wheelbarrow as a person. Alerted me 17 times last night for a backup generator by my shed.
A massive security risk…
Forcing the use of either a Google or Apple ID login is intrusive to say the least. Unlike other reviewers, I find this to be a VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND OBTRUSIVE SECURITY RISK. Because once one of these logins is used, this unknown company now has some information that I would never want them to have and visa versa (Google harvests anything and everything they can get their grubby hands on and uses it to sell advertising and customer data). In fact, I would go so far as to say this is a scam. And I also understand that many apps offer this kind of login, however, other apps also give the option of a simple, standalone, login ID and password. Now their cameras are useless. Horrible app. How can I ever trust this company!?

Fix the login problem with Google.
Since the last update I cannot login from the app to access my camera. Google gives the following error:

Very user friendly App
This App setup is very straight forward, connecting to EOJO device is breeze! And you could even subscribe to the Cloud storage service if you desire in the EOJO app. Good job!
Easy to sign up
Very clever to sign up using google email or Apple ID, no more annoying credentials fill in.
