Can’t sign up for classes, which was my main reason for joining EOS in the first place.

Wont show classes
After working fine for a month the app will no longer show the class schedule. I am essentially wasting money because now I cant sign up for classes.
App needs Updates!
The app needs some serious updating. I can’t find any locations for me in AZ, the “Find A Class” button doesn’t work. When I go to the “G-Fit Schedule” I can’t see any workouts coming up today or the next days. The earliest that will show me is 5 days ahead.
Useless
As a new member, I just joined and this app has given me nothing but issues.
I could create a better one. It never allows me to login even after multiple attempts of password resets. I know the credentials are accurate because in the web browser they work effortlessly but this app is so trash. Just delete the entire thing from the App Store. It’s useless. - 6/30/2026

Terrible system
You sign up online then to login you need to visit the location. Mobile and web are different apps. Who designed this?
App barely works
I hate that this app barley works because I enjoy the track work out feature but it doesn’t load majority of the time :/
Can’t sign up for classes
There are so many issues with this app I think I could make a better one, I swear they don’t have someone trouble shooting this on their team bc even after updates I still have problems with the g fit schedule. They say sign up is exclusively through the app when I can’t even in put what location I need or when I am able to do that the proper schedule doesn’t load, it’s ridiculous. Then I try to ask the front desk for help and they claim they don’t know how to help me. So frustrating.

I only signed up for EOS to take classes and now it’s been almost 3 weeks since I’ve been able to book.

Does not let me look at the classes so I’m not able to sign up for anything
Lots of information
Once a customer showed me where my progress was , I started using this app every day. Customer Service needs to teach this at the beginning.
Pretty Solid
It's helpful, nice, secure. FAQ section always helped when I needed any extra assistance. Customer service is good too.
Denied entry
Arrived to a location with friends after previously having a membership. Was denied entry as a guest and wasn’t given a reason why. Offered to pay any previous fees but wasn’t the issue. Ruined the whole planned workout.
Timeframe to cancel classes
NEED: have app classes once signed up for connect to phone calendar…..

1-App screen goes blank white when I try see class schedule.
2-Please allow class cancellation up to time classes are set to start or 15 mins prior. I needed to cancel class bc work meetings took a bit longer & app did not let me cancel 15 mins prior class time. I’m sure someone on waiting list already in the gym could have joined.

Poorly designed app
Won’t allow me to log into my membership. I have to login through the browser.
Group class planning
The app is decent. The only function I wish they had was a way to plan (not reserve) my group classes for the week. I’m a busy minded person so this would help me plan and be able to frequent gym.

Great team member & gym
Writing this for the team member Devante and the gym great gym would recommend then any other gym and Devante helped me out and got me into this gym outside 24H fitness if you run into him I would recommend getting your plan started with him thank you Devante
