Terrible service with terrible delivery
Filed a noise complaint which was updated 4 weeks later as no issue. My neighbors constantly are making noise playing loud music and I’ve filed over 12 complaints to which each issue has been “no issue” either 311 isn’t doing their job or tax payers money is being wasted. Terrible useless app which provides no change or resolution

Cannot upload video or record audio for requests on the app, but it doesn’t matter because noise requests don’t get resolved anyways. Tired of everyone in El Paso leaving their dogs outside all day to bark nonstop. Something seriously needs to be done about this as it is a city-wide issue that i’ve witnessed in multiple neighborhoods. Outdoor dogs should not be allowed within city limits.

I reported a pothole on a Wednesday night and it was already fixed by Monday … probably was fixed over the weekend.
They gave status changes through the process and I am very satisfied with the App and El Paso city response.

Don’t Bother, no one responds to requests
I have had a pothole on my street for weeks. Everytime I submit a request, it is closed within hours. No repairs, no comments. Just a driving hazard to show for it. No one checks requests, they just close them once they see them. No wonder this city is the way it is.
No Response. Useless
Administration of app reports for repairs or concerns is worthless. Been a month trying to have street light fixed.
