Too many new updates
An absolute nightmare with the recent updates. I went back to paper sign in because the sheets from my supervisor were unavailable, participants checked in then appeared unregistered, and now the sheets will not load on mobile.
Worst
Have to change the password every single time to log in. Absolutely worst.
Useless! Don’t waste your time!
This app works on a PC but not on mobile devices, so forget using it in an emergency. It is impossible to logon from a phone. Try and fail 3 times and you’ll be forced to reset your password on your PC - and this is only after they email you the reset link, eventually!
Amazing
It works great I’m very pleased with the new check in check out function.
Worthless
The website itself doesn’t work on mobile and the app is useless if you are just a parent with kids. It works fine if you use a PC but forget using the app or a mobile browser. They also have no way to contact them or give feedback.
