App doesn’t work
Cannot register as a user. Potentially because you need to enter Portuguese tax information. If you are from another country how can you enter that information?
Embarrassing app
In hope that someone from EMEL reads this:
1. There is no need to log me out if I do not use the app for few days.
2. Why do my MBWay top-ups take hours to be reflected in the app?
3. Why not allow me to pay via MBWay using my mobile number instead of Entity and Reference?
4. Why not enable ApplePay or GooglePay instead of a huge credit card form?
5. Why not allow “balance” pill shown on active parking screen to take me to balance top-up - it looks like a button, so you can make it into one
… just a little bit of love and usage from your own team would make you realise how small changes can improve your UX.

Not helpful
You cannot register without a NIF - which is a Portuguese tax number, so this is useless for anyone else.

Does not work do not download!
Useless app does not work constantly crashes with an unknown error while trying to make an account.

If you are a foreigner, the registration is impossible. Only Portuguese people with a valid TIN nr can register

We know this wasn’t written by humans. This was written by idiots in a warehouse. Infuriatingly frustrating.
Unusable for forigners
I can not register as non-Portugese. And the error is “this user already exists” which is impossible
Incompetence
The creators of this app must be sick in their stomach at the level of incompetence that the final product has. It must be a government supported project meant to siphon money from the taxpayer because no competent company could create something so useless!
Instálate mejor EasyPark
Usa mejor EasyPark. Está App te pide que recargues mínimo 10€ de saldo para usarla. De risa vaya. Por no hablar que es una pesadilla para registrarse.

Il est impossible d’utiliser l’application depuis que je dois renouveler ma carte de paiement

Literally after having to go to the counter to get the app to work I was able to use it once! It never worked again! Garbage app
