Commande non reçu

Bonjour, j’ai fait une commande de 5€ le 17 janvier 2025 sur l’application. Jusqu’à présent je n’ai obtenu aucune réponse et ni la commande, ni la facture n’apparaissent sur l’application. Pourtant, le prélèvement a bien été fait sur mon compte. Je ne peux même pas contacter le service client via l’application car techniquement il n’y a pas de commande.

Application non fonctionnelle !

Il existe deux versions sur l’Apple Store, ça porte à confusion car c’est la version non PRO qui fonctionne. en plus, ils incitent à remplir le portefeuille, et je n’ai pas trouvé comment récupérer

L'approvisionnement du porte-monnaie est toujours facultatif.
