Poor programming
App does not load screen completely and sometimes not at all. Says my test is pending. Tried to call but number is linked to a promotional hotline and not the company. Seems to have been sold to a company based in China.
Non functional
This app is completely nonfunctional. I paid $170 for this test which I am supposed to be able to use the test results in this app. I have has literally a dozen emails with this company and they cannot resolve the issue. Additionally, there appears to be a language barrier when communicating with this company that makes it more difficult to resolve issues. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on an epigenetic aging kit from a different company.

Support lied about results
I mentioned that I was going to leave a one star review and support and gave me a fake number. Finally got the official results and the number was different. I don’t like being lied to.
