Avoid scam app

No liquidity in contests, the entire interface is a mess and ugly, too many screens to maneuver through. If you want something reputable stick to real DFS apps like Underdog, DraftKings Fantasy, Fanduel, head to head contests or 50/50 cash games-not this garbage. Prediction markets coming soon LOL good luck getting your money out with no response from CS.

No respond for months

I deposited approximately $1,000 and have already completed a significant amount of gameplay. My account still shows a cash balance of $308.93, but only $0.52 is available for withdrawal.

The app has displayed a maintenance message for weeks, preventing gameplay, while the remaining balance remains restricted. I contacted support months ago and received no meaningful response. Recent inquiries have only resulted in generic automated replies.

I am not claiming fraud, but it is extremely frustrating to have real cash locked in an account when gameplay is unavailable and customer support does not provide clear answers or assistance.

Please provide actual customer support and a resolution for affected users.

Withdrawal process is insanely slow

It’s been nearly two months trying to withdrawal. Can’t connect to an agent to discuss. Asked for more info for verification over a month ago, sent it same day and nothing still. Play any other app, this is terrible.

HORRIBLE

Terrible customer service, horrible navigation within app. Everything about this app is a fail

Scammers !

This app is very horrible, deposited about 400-500 and flipped my deposit, it’s been about 3 days and haven’t Hurd anything back from them about my withdraw, contacted the 24/7 support system still no answers, I have a 60$ pending I asked them to cancel and they just wont answer me ! I recommend staying far back from this casino

FAQ

What is EPICK?

EPICK is a skill-based sports app where users can compete in prediction contests for real money. The core game mode, Picks Mode, involves predicting whether individual players will exceed or fall short of projected performance metrics.

How does Picks Mode work?

In Picks Mode, you select player projections across various sports and decide if each player will perform 'more or less' than the given number. If you correctly predict every player's performance, you win the entire prize pool. Missing even one pick means your opponent wins.

Is EPICK free to play?

The app is free to download and play, but it does feature in-app purchases and advertisements. Users can participate in contests with the potential to win real money based on their sports knowledge and prediction accuracy.

What sports are available on EPICK?

EPICK offers prediction contests for a variety of popular sports, including football, basketball, baseball, and hockey, among others. This allows users to leverage their expertise across different athletic domains.

Who can play EPICK and where?

The app is designed for eligible players aged 18 and older and is available in 38 states. It emphasizes skill-based outcomes, meaning your sports knowledge and decision-making are key to winning, rather than pure chance.
