No liquidity in contests, the entire interface is a mess and ugly, too many screens to maneuver through. If you want something reputable stick to real DFS apps like Underdog, DraftKings Fantasy, Fanduel, head to head contests or 50/50 cash games-not this garbage. No respond for months
I deposited approximately $1,000 and have already completed a significant amount of gameplay. My account still shows a cash balance of $308.93, but only $0.52 is available for withdrawal.
The app has displayed a maintenance message for weeks, preventing gameplay, while the remaining balance remains restricted. I contacted support months ago and received no meaningful response. Recent inquiries have only resulted in generic automated replies.
I am not claiming fraud, but it is extremely frustrating to have real cash locked in an account when gameplay is unavailable and customer support does not provide clear answers or assistance.
Please provide actual customer support and a resolution for affected users.

Withdrawal process is insanely slow
It’s been nearly two months trying to withdrawal. Can’t connect to an agent to discuss. Asked for more info for verification over a month ago, sent it same day and nothing still. Play any other app, this is terrible.

I love the app, it’s pretty cool you get to compete against other players to win a huge payout. My main concern is the withdrawal process, it takes longer than expected. Didn’t know that it takes 10 business days with an account thats already verified. But keep up the good work and I love the app.

Terrible app
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Wouldn’t let me withdraw and had about $75. Account closed. My money gone and never got a response through chat, email or from anyone. Numerous attempts to reach out and no reply, nothing. Terrible customer service and app. Don’t use it.

I deposited and played on here for a bit, won 50-60 bucks, and when I go to withdraw they want me to further verify my account. I attempt to do this and it comes up with an error message. This app is a scam. They do not pay out. I had to dispute my deposits through my bank. If EPICK doesn’t respond within 3 days which is required you can dispute and get your money back too.
