What You Should Know As a Driver
1. Picking Up Your Passenger
· If your passenger appears to be taking longer than 5 minutes, do contact them via a phone call to notify them of your arrival.
· If your passenger has not boarded your vehicle, please don't click 'Pick Up' as the fare will be charged to your passenger.
· Confirm the pick-up and drop-off locations with your passenger, so you can avoid costly detours.
· Save money on calls or text messages
2. Tolls
· Do inform your passenger on the additional toll charges before passing any toll.
3. Declaring Fee
· Before you click ‘Complete Ride’, always inform your passenger on the fare breakdown and final fare.
