What You Should Know As a Passenger
1. Booking a Ride
· Ensure that you have selected the correct drop-off location to avoid disputes with the driver (going to the wrong destination could result in additional charges).
· Do inform your driver if you need them to wait longer than 5 minutes. Please be considerate as time spent waiting affects the driver’s livelihood.
· Save money on calls or text messages
2. During a Ride
· All toll charges incurred during your ride will be added to your base fare.
3. End of Ride
· Always check and confirm your payment mode and the total fare with the driver before alighting the vehicle.
