I also had the same experience of most of the reviews- they continued to charge me month over month after cancellation! Do not do it This is a scam

Scam Subscription Practices — Charged Again After Cancellation
I would strongly recommend staying away from this app.
First, I purchased a 7-day trial and paid for it. Then, without my permission, I was charged again $19.99 for a subscription I did not want to continue. I contacted support immediately, asked them to cancel the subscription and refund the money because I was not going to use the app, and I even received confirmation that my subscription had been canceled.
However, one month later they charged me another $19.99 again.
When I contacted support, they refused to refund the money and claimed that more than 14 days had passed since the subscription was activated. This makes absolutely no sense because they had already confirmed that the subscription was canceled.
So basically:
• they charged me without clear authorization,
• confirmed cancellation,
• charged me again after cancellation,
• and then refused to issue a refund.
Very disappointing experience and extremely suspicious billing practices.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!
Trick you into contract and auto renewal. App is extremely buggy and not worth it! Poor quality and terrible customer service.
Different than expected
I downloaded the app because I kept getting captivating video adds for epic tok. When I actually downloaded it, the material was strictly audio and honestly kind of boring. The information is still interesting and good to know, but the delivery falls flat compared to what they advertise.

I paid for the application online and I can’t access the app through the browser as instructed.
Free Trial Charges Immediately
You can’t see anything unless you sign up. There’s an option for a 3 day free trial so I went ahead and tried it only to be charged for the full year immediately. I’d like a refund.
LIES
This app spreads a bunch of misinformation, a lot of what it say is so inaccurate. Save your time and don’t bother downloading this app.
Where are the videos of the history stories
Where are the videos, there is only audio in the app. No video stories

I loved the idea of this App. But fact checked a couple of stories and quickly learnt that not just anyone should be trusted with history in the age of internet misinformation.
BEWARE!!
I had so much trouble getting access to the content that I canceled my membership only to discover another payment was taken out. I wrote customer support and said they were having trouble canceling my membership! This back and forth has been going on well over a week and is still ongoing!

This app is a complete scam…i paid and was unable to open the app. I was placed in a quest section.
I spent almost 2 hours with support and they couldn’t fix it and they just logged off.
I tried calling the phone number listed on my bank statement and was told all agents are unavailable goodbye!
So I’m out $49.00 no way to contact anyone!
Stay away from this one its based out of the Middle East and dangerous IMO！
